Accept all major credit and debit cards. Our payment system if done through Woocommerce Payments/Stripe but you do not require an account to use it.
Shipping & Returns
We currently only ship within New Zealand.

Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 3 business days. While we aim to help as best we can with any issues, delayed and lost items are the responsibility of the courier once dispatched and in the NZ Post system.
My order has been dispatched but it still hasn’t arrived, can i cancel it?
Once your order has been dispatched it is in the hands of the courier. We cannot cancel or refund an order that has already been dispatched and is in transit. We suggest you use the tracking information to track your parcel’s progress. If your order has taken longer than 10 days to arrive since the time of receiving this email you can get in touch with us and we can also log an inquiry.
If you would like to return the item, you can follow our simple returns process once the delivery is made.
Can i track my order?
All of our orders are tracked. As soon as your order is dispatched you will be sent an email to confirm that it’s on its way. You can track your order using the tracking number and supplied.
Public holidays and weekends
I am a home based business & I don’t dispatch orders on the weekends. Orders placed on public holidays or weekends will be dispatched on the following business day.
Returns
How do I return an item purchased?
If for any reason you’re not happy with an item you purchased online, you can return it by sending it back to us.
Any sale on an item purchased on SALE/CLEARANCE is final and non-refundable or exchangeable.
From receipt of your order, you have 14 days to return items at your own cost. The item/s must be in sell-able condition, unopened from its packaging.

It will be your responsibility to pay for the return, and all returns remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by us.
Shipping Costs On Returns
All returns are at the cost of the purchaser and remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by us. We recommend you send your package on a tracked service so you are able to track your return’s whereabouts.
In the case of faulty goods, we will cover the cost of shipping a replacement item and returning the faulty item if applicable.
Exchanges & Refunds
We do not offer exchanges on products purchased online. You can return an item for a refund and place a new order for the product you desire.
Any sale on an item purchased on SALE/CLEARANCE is final and non-refundable or exchangeable.

- TERMS OF SALE
By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product from Jacky’s Arts & Crafts and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.
- OUR CONTRACT
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your payment has been approved by us and we have debited your credit or debit card.
- PRICING AND AVAILABILITY
All prices are as stated on the website but Jacky’s Arts & Crafts reserves the right at any time to revise the price of goods without notice. Cosmic will not honour any sales where products have been sold at an incorrect price in error. In this situation customers will be notified and refunded. All prices are in New Zealand dollars.
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and let you know we are cancelling the order. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the ‘Total Cost’.
Jacky’s Arts & Crafts may contain typographical errors or other errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse to fill any orders that you may place based on information on the Service that may contain errors or inaccuracies, including, without limitation, errors, inaccuracies or out-of-date information regarding pricing, shipping, payment terms, or return policies.
